This particular Monday turned into a very busy, hectic, kind of crazy day. While I did not skip meals, I did go light on the vegetables today and heavy on convenience.

The banana was consumed at 2 a.m., when I woke up with a low blood sugar. I’m trying to be smarter about handling these now that I am officially off the diabetes drugs, so the banana seemed like a better choice than a glass of juice.
Sandwich is smoked turkey and provolone on sliced sourdough. It tasted pretty good, but it feels kind of like a poor choice in my stomach. Hopefully I will be better tomorrow, although I doubt it. I’m off to San Francisco and will be lunching out with a client and a former employer I have strong, negative feelings toward. Yeah, that should be a fun meal.
